These terms and conditions form the agreement between you and Hook Airport Specialist Fleet. By booking a taxi and using our service, you unconditionally accept the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

1. Definitions

"Hook Airport Specialist Fleet," "we," or "us" refers to the service-providing company. "You" and "your" encompass any person, business, or company making a booking with us.

2. Booking

2.1 Allocate sufficient time for your journey to ensure timely arrival, especially for airport transfers with specific check-in requirements. We are not liable for delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or unpreparedness at the designated pick-up time.

2.2 It is your responsibility to order a car of an appropriate size for travelers and luggage. Hook Airport Specialist Fleet does not guarantee accommodation for excessive luggage. Please note that each child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.

2.3 Request wheelchair access at the time of booking.

3. Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotation is based on information provided by you. Prices, unless stated otherwise, exclude VAT, and applicable VAT will be charged additionally. We reserve the right to alter the provided quote if there are material changes to the stated itinerary.

3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the specified landing time and covers airport parking costs. Exceeding this waiting time incurs the standard Hook Airport Specialist Fleet waiting rate. While we make efforts to accommodate flight delays, we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. Review this confirmation thoroughly, and notify Hook Airport Specialist Fleet of any discrepancies to avoid delays or costs.

3.4 Payment for journeys can be made via cash, credit card, or debit card.

4. The Service

4.1 You are responsible for the behavior of all passengers during the journey. Charges may apply for vehicle soiling, damage, or negative impacts caused by passengers.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is not allowed in the car.

4.3 Ensure proper restraint of all children in the car, based on their height, weight, and age.

4.4 Compliance with licensing or insurance passenger limits is mandatory.

5. Cancellations

5.1 If you need to cancel your booking with Hook Airport Specialist Fleet, contact us as soon as possible. Charges will apply if a vehicle is canceled after dispatch, based on the time and distance covered by the driver to the point of cancellation.

5.2 Canceling a booking made through our online system before dispatch may incur charges on the original payment.

6. Liability

6.1 While Hook Airport Specialist Fleet endeavors to ensure timely arrivals, we are not liable for losses due to delays beyond our control. We disclaim responsibility for losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Luggage is transported at your own risk.

6.3 In case of vehicle breakdowns, we will arrange an alternative car to expedite your journey.

6.4 You will not indemnify Hook Airport Specialist Fleet for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from any omission or act by anyone in your party.

6.5 No party involved can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or other matters deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

7. Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or decline a booking immediately if a vehicle or driver is endangered by abuse, violence, or damage from you or any other passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Hook Airport Specialist Fleet may subcontract its obligations. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer any obligations or rights under this agreement.

8.2 We may alter terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates applicable at the time of booking.

8.3 We handle information in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Hook Airport Specialist Fleet and yourself.

8.5 These terms and conditions do not confer any advantage or benefit to a third party unless agreed upon in writing.

9. Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Hook Airport Specialist Fleet is not obligated to entertain claims or disputes made after this timeframe.
